I have recently been given the task at work to go over a soft skill assessment and did not find it very appealing. It was outdated and had videos that were not holding my attention. I googled “Soft Skills” and came upon your blog that has the Soft Skills 101.

It is wonderful, just by reading the definitions and why you need them was so much better than the whole program I have been going through. I love it!

I know my company will not pay a monthly fee as they have already invested in the other program, and have not even received a statement “you have to use this one” yet. I hope I can use some of your material in a one on one situation, giving you the credit of course and a link to your blog.

I may even invest on my own to sign up as I love it and can learn to teach others in person the way you are online.

I work at the Employment office, working with those that are looking for work and at this time will not have the funds to join, but could use you in the future.

    Keep up the great work,

    Sincerely,
    Joan

    • Joan, your comment made my day!! so glad to hear this is helpful. Please use it to help others. More the merrier. If you think it’s worth me talking to your employment office about offering a bulk discount on membership to this, let me know. I would love to help more people. thanks

I love reading your career coaching articles and have already benefited from reading them and trying to apply what I understand to aspects of my ever-evolving life.

I’m currently living in southern state attempting to make a life for myself. Although I am originally from sunny Southern California and in many ways feel like a fish out of water! I read a lot to find authentic connections with like-minded individuals and people in my field.

Your writings are helping me to cope at an interesting time of transition and to not feel so emotionally and culturally isolated in ways that matter to me. Again, I thank you. Keep up the excellent work!
