Dealing with difficult personalities or difficult situations is never easy.  Usually our emotions are high in reaction to the difficulty and our first instinct maybe to try to change the other person or the circumstance.  Both are impossible.  That’s why this quote is so relevant.  Dealing with difficult personalities or situations have to start with managing your emotions and changing the way you think about it.
